Calling all free spirits, festival goers, boho fashionistas, rock chicks & lovers of vintage inspired fashion! I’d like to introduce myself, a true British Bohemian & founder of Patchouli Fair…
After many years of wonderful adventures on my nomadic & gypsy travels I decided to don my backpack once again & see what Mother India had to offer. From dancing in Spain to body piercing in England, from hostessing for Marco Pierre White to creating the tribute band Fleetwood Bac & floating around as Stevie Nicks, I was ready for another adventure. I fell in love with India & it’s remarkable people, who I now have the pleasure of working alongside. Together with my amazing artisans we produce pretty floral prints & embroidered fabrics which we then transform into a romantic & timeless fashion. Our ethical & boho style now spills over into reinventing vintage silk saris by turning them into gorgeous pyjamas sets, super soft kimonos, gypsy tiered skirts, dresses, palazzo pants & make up pouches. All of which are perfect for a unique & thoughtful Christmas present.
Patchouli Fair combine a free spirited vision with a Fair Trade ethos & are a strong contender in this niche market. Using a visionary & transparent approach we ensure that our cumulative effect on the people we work with is overwhelmingly positive, as we continue to create job opportunities for disadvantaged workers. In a world full of cheap labour & environmentally disastrous manufacturing techniques, we are active in making a positive change in the world.
Love Ethical, Love Patchouli Fair
