Background

As a keen home-baker and busy mum, I am passionate about creating simple wholesome food.

By trial and error, I discovered the value of carefully balancing flavours but somehow the standard supermarket offerings seemed uninspiring, and so I have been experimenting with blends of seasonings and other ingredients for years.

I realised that there is a market for tried and tested seasoning blends, and so Carla’s was born.
